The Ren Mentorship Program
What It Is:
- A one-year mentorship between a mentor and a mentee (of the same gender) to help the mentee discover and begin to fulfill his/her calling.
Logistics:
- Mentors and mentees meet one-on-one at least once a month to get to know one another and to have personal discussions regarding God’s calling for the mentee’s life.
- Mentees will learn and discuss “The Blueprint” course to help them discover, define, and deploy their calling.
Benefits:
- You will be mentored by a mentor who deeply loves Jesus and His children. Your mentor will walk closely with you as you journey to find and fulfill your God-given calling.
- Your mentor will help you navigate life and will direct you in your current season of life so that you can thrive in your calling.
- Our mentors are professionals in various areas of life and they will gladly share their journeys and the life lessons they’ve learned with you.
- You will get free access to “The Blueprint” course.
- You will be in community with people who are passionate about Christ, calling, and the Kingdom of God.
- You will be given opportunities to deploy your gifts and passions to serve God’s purposes in various ministry areas within the organization.

Testimonies
-
“It’s clear to me that having a mentor has been nothing but helpful; I have only gained from it. The chance to test my gifts has been and continues to be instructional. Any understanding or knowledge received from Dr. Park has proved advantageous. The lessons on trusting God concerning future events and decisions has only helped. All of it has helped.” – Wesley G., Vanguard University Alum
- “This was my first experience with a mentor and I have to say it is important that more individuals seek a mentor. I am thankful to have had someone in my life that poured into me and led me closer to the Lord. This mentorship program helped me in many areas that I did not know needed healing and guidance, specifically leadership. I will be graduating in six months and I am blessed that in this season of my life, I was able to gain more confidence and assurance in the next step I will take, which is going to graduate school. I needed confirmation and assurance and through this program, I was able to discern and receive confirmation about my calling.” – Ashley R., Senior at Vanguard University
- “My experience with The Renaissance mentorship was something incredible. It was a perfect placement by God at the perfect time! As Dr. Park and I went forward with our relationship, I was open about my doubts regarding where God wanted me to be. I prayed with him with specific prayers for my future and God was able to answer those prayers exactly. Having a mentorship encouraged me to pray and outwardly express a lot of my doubts and fears. It also gave me someone looking out for me and pushing me to do what God has called of my life, without hesitation.” – Hunter W., Vanguard University Alum
- “While I have learned many things during the program, being mentored has given me confidence to walk in the direction the Lord had already pointed me towards in my life. I know the Lord has called me to ministry (with both local and global aspects) and academia (therefore to pursue graduate school). I know the Renaissance will continue to help many young adults find their place in partnering with God’s will for their lives.” – Grace E., Vanguard University Alum

“I personally want to thank my previous sponsors not only for the funding they have provided for my participation in the Ren mentorship program but, most of all, for their prayers. Every person on The Renaissance team, including my sponsors, has played a significant role in my spiritual formation this year. Thank you so much! – Kindra S., Senior at Biola University
